Abstract

|
연구의 목적: 본 연구는 조 등에 의해 개발된 임상경력관리체계 모형[18]을 상급종합병원과 종합병원 간호사 및 관리자를 대상으로 타당성과 적용가능성을 검증하기 위한 방법론적 연구이다.
연구방법: 선행연구에서 개발된 임상경력관리체계 모형[18]을 포커스그룹에서 수정보완한 후 6개 상급종합병원과 4개 종합병원 입원병동에 근무하고 있는 간호관리자 50명과 간호사 500명을 대상으로 모형에 대한 타당도와 적용가능성을 위해 i-CVI와 S-CVI를 산출하였으며, 타당성과 적용가능성 점수의 차이를 t-test와 ANOVA로 분석하였다.
연구결과: 1. 상급종합병원과 종합병원의 S-CVI 0.80이상으로 전반적인 타당성과 적용가능성이 확보되었다. 2. 모형의 타당성 점수는 상급종합병원과 종합병원간 유의한 차이가 없었으나 적용가능성 점수는 종합병원이 상급종합병원에 비해 유의하게 낮았다. 3. 대상자의 특성에 따라 항목별 적용가능성 점수에 차이가 있다.
결론 및 제언: 1. 본 연구에서 검증된 임상경력관리체계의 모형을 상급종합병원과 종합병원에 적용될 수 있다. 2. 모형 적용시 각 병원의 특성에 따라 세부기준의 수정이 필요할 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the validity and applicability of the Clinical Ladder System(CLS) Model for nurses and to suggest a model for nurses in general hospitals as well as tertiary hospitals.
Methods: After refining questionnaires through focus group participation, a survey was carried out with 50 nurse managers and 500 staff nurses from 6 tertiary hospitals and 4 general hospitals. S-CVI and i-CVI for validity and applicability were calculated. Differences in validity and applicability by the type of hospitals and characteristics of respondents were analyzed using t-test and ANOVA.
Results: S-CVI for validity and applicability of the CLS model were over 0.8 in two types of hospitals and the validity and applicability of the CLS model were confirmed. No differences were found in the total score for validity between the 2 types of hospitals, but in applicability, general hospitals had significantly lower applicability than tertiary hospitals. Some items showed difference according to characteristics of the respondents. CLS models were postulated based on the study results.
Conclusion: The CLS model refined through this study can be used for nurses. In application, modifications are needed according to the conditions of each hospital.
